Terms & Policies

 

BOOKING POLICY:

All Academies must be paid for upfront, in full. Payment must be received prior to commencement of the Academy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We offer a 7 day cooling off period. If you cancel within this period you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel outside of this period there will be no refund.

MISSED SESSIONS:

In the event a session cannot be held due to coach illness or bad weather, we will provide a make-up session.

If you are unable to attend a session you must notify us in advance. Where possible we will try and offer an alternative session, otherwise you will forfeit the session.

FACILITIES:

Facilities may change dependent on availability and participant numbers. You will be advised in advance of any change to the venue.
